Introduction to Pranayama & Meditation 2 Week Online Course for Newcomers

In this 2-week course, we will meet online three times a week for one-hour sessions.
There is no Asana (physical postures), but surely we will have a short break for stretching the body; so do not be afraid about prolonged sitting! Chair sitting is possible if needed.
During the length of our six sessions together, I carefully take you through basic Pranayamas which will be repeated, so that you can familiarise yourself with the practices and lay a solid foundation for these practices.
All practices are guided.
I take a maximum of 10 participants so that we can keep it personal and easily communicate during our Q&A session.
There is no pre-requisite, but the course requires commitment and wanting to learn these practices.
Note this is a live online course only, there will be no recordings. I would like to honour the old tradition of teaching, where students sit in person with the teacher and are alert to those teachings– but we do this online.
